Cheryl started her professional singing career at 14, performing as First Boy in The Royal Opera Houses' production of the Magic Flute which was broadcast live on BBC Radio 3. Cheryl studied at The Royal Academy of Music, graduating with honours.


Subsequently, she was engaged to sing for British Youth Opera in The Marriage of Figaro as Barbarina and in Orpheus and the Underworld as Cupid. Sarah Brown in Guys and Dolls followed, a Pimlico Opera production that received rave reviews by the critics.


More recently she performed for the re-launch party of Harpers Bazaar magazine (formally Harpers and Queen) at London's Hippodrome, as well as Rochester Cathedral and the Bath Pump Rooms, as part of the Bath Recital Series.

Cheryl has also performed operatic extracts at Harrods, Knightsbridge.
